Acceptance of Terms

By using Safe-R-Exchange, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

Safe-R-Exchange is a free password sharing tool that encrypts passwords into shareable codes. The service is provided "as is" by SupportCALL ICT Solutions.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Safe-R-Exchange only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service to share stolen or unauthorized credentials
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service
  • Interfere with the operation of the service
  • Use the service for any illegal activity

No Warranty

Safe-R-Exchange is provided as a free tool without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data integrity, or fitness for any particular purpose. You use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

SupportCALL ICT Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Safe-R-Exchange, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access to shared passwords, or service interruptions.

Security Responsibility

While Safe-R-Exchange uses strong encryption, the security of a shared password also depends on how you share the code. You are responsible for choosing appropriate sharing channels and expiry settings. We recommend using one-time codes whenever possible.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Safe-R-Exchange at any time without notice. We may also update these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
